TERRA Caesarea extends over 4 square acres in northern Caesarea’s Industrial Park, and includes the luxurious combination of a beautifully designed, prestigious events hall set in the heart of a garden created in the feng shui spirit – a 1150 m2 hall lies at the center of the complex, made of wood and glass using state of the art and sophisticated construction never yet seen in Israel.
The building was carefully planned over more than six months in cooperation with German construction experts.
The hall’s wooden beams were brought to the site and assembled over several hours into an unusual and spectacular construction, comprising a 1250 m2 shell, with a 28m opening and 24 wooden beams meeting at a central point. There are layers of insulation and air-conditioning constructed above the ceiling. This innovative, complex, and effective construction method required complex, exact planning, and ingenuous implementation, resulting in this magnificent outcome.
